Today, let me share with you a fact. When I started Boxing, just like everyone I was told to do skipping for warm up. But I barely couldn’t even do one. There was this coach who brought me out of the gym and told me there’s an alternative for skipping yet serving the same purpose.

So, for those who do not have skipping rope or can’t skip, do try this out! It can be used as a great exercise for cardio & feel the BURN on your legs!
