“So I’ve been going for training under coach krishna for about 3-4 months and i really love the training there! 

The gym is super focused on just boxing and hence you can learn alot of things in just one lesson. In every lesson, there would also be conditioning incorporated into the training which is very crucial for strengthening our muscles! 

I have also witnessed changes in my body eg. muscles are more toned and i look slimmer and stronger!

Been training at KOS for the past 3 years. Despite my hectic schedule i try my very best to train atleast 3  times a week.

Coach Rocky ,the head coach of Kos helps me a great deal to meet my fitness goals. Currently i am assigned to coach Krish under the supervision of coach Rocky.
 
Krish is a passionate and dedicated personal trainer. What I like abt his training is that he  pushes me to test my limits and break my boundaries. He makes training fun and yet pushes me to reach goals new goals., challenging both my mind and the body! 
 
I personally feel KOS is a place filled with positive vibes, making it the best place to train your mind and the body! & under the wings of the “never say never” trainers … nothing will be impossible when it comes to fitness!”
